Our service specialist will arrive at your home or business in a timely manner. Our professionals will listen to your needs and answer any questions you might have. We will then assess the project, and give you an honest and competitive quote.

No job is too big/small at Pure Pond. Our friendly team understands getting into the aquarium hobby can be a little frustrating and intimidating at first, but don't worry, Pure Pond will help you set-up, maintain, or solve past or present problems you may be experiencing.

Remember, your aquarium was meant to relieve stress...not create stress.

Initial Service Includes

-clean interior of tank (algae, substrate, etc...)
-clean or change filtration media if needed
-10-25% water change depending on last service
-Check skimmers, pumps, chillers, uv, heaters, and other misc. equip directly linked to the water supply
-balance water and add chemicals if needed
-check lighting and housing
-clean exterior of tank and work area

Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly service also available after initial service.

Are you relocating and need help moving your aquarium?

Let us do the job. Pure Pond is well known for aquatic relocation services. We will carefully move your current set up to another location. Don't hire regular house movers (you wouldn't hire us to move your piano). We heard so many nightmare stories of failed moves, don't be one of them. Let us make the transition smooth for you.

Pure Pond currently covers moves within the bay area, but we are not limited. Talk to us, we'll go out of state to please a customer!
